Construction of a three-storey building of 53 rooms in Via San Vigilio 10, Milan. Direction of Works for the whole construction project, with particular emphasis on quality, time, cost and contractual aspects, including the related administrative and permitting issues. Monitoring of works process, according to contracts and the detailed design, site inspections, preparation of change orders, variation orders and payment certificates. Monthly status reports to the Client, assistance to the Client’s technical representatives for public funding procedures. Safety Coordination during execution phase, to assure the respect of H&S; plan and obligations.
